Wellness

  • 13-week voucher from WW (formerly Weight Watchers) for membership and classes in meal planning; weight, water, and activity tracking; 24/7 chat with coach; weekly progress reports and more
  • Up to 2 items to help with better health, including but not limited to digital scale, home blood pressure cuff, lumbar pillow, non-slip socks, or peak flow meter
  • Up to $40 per month for fresh fruits & vegetables for up to 3 months
  • Nutritional counseling to help meet nutrition needs and goals

  • Up to 24 hours per year of one-on-one tutoring at home or school for members ages 6-18
  • One Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) puzzle set per year for members ages 8-16 who qualify with Aged, Blind, or Disabled (ABD) or Intellectual Development Disability (IDD)
  • Free high school equivalency test, including Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED), High School Equivalency Test (HiSET), or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC)

  • Free care for pregnant members in certain areas for services by a licensed doula after  completing 1 prenatal visit
  • Up to $25 each for completing 1st prenatal and postpartum care visit
  • Rides to and from birthing or Lamaze classes
